The 2nd Test between South Africa and Pakistan is set to unfold at Newlands, Cape Town, on Friday. South Africa won the first Test match against Pakistan by 2 wickets. Jansen’s (16) and Rabada’s unbeaten (31) played a key role in that victory. Despite losing the match, Muhammad Abbas troubled South Africa with his exceptional bowling and took 6 Crucial Wickets.
By winning the first Test, South Africa became the first team to secure a spot in the final of the World Test Championship 2023-25. The opponent for South Africa in the WTC final has yet to be determined.
