Pak vs SA 2nd odi: K.Ghulam, Rizwan, and Babar Led Pak to a Massive 329-Runs

The stunning performances of Kamran Ghulam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Babar Azam highlighted Pakistan’s innings as they dominated the South African attack at the Newlands in Cape Town.

Kamran Ghulam:

Kamran Ghulam played nicely like he gave wings to Pakistan’s Scorecard. He made 63 off 32 balls faced, including five 6s and four 4s with a strike rate of 196.88. Today, he’s looking like he’s playing a T20 Match. Pakistan already needed such an aggressive inning, which was played by him.

Muhammad Rizwan:

Pakistan had already lost two wickets early. So, a responsible innings was needed to keep the match until the last over. He played a decent innings of 80 off 82 balls faced, including three 6s and seven 4s. Rizwan remained unlucky; he was just 20 runs away from a century. 

Babar Azam:

After a long time, Babar was looking in rhythm. He has not smashed any three-digit score in the last 1.5 years. His last ODI century was against Nepal during the Asia Cup 2023. Today, during the 2nd ODI against South Africa he played well and scored 73 off 95 balls. Babar-Rizwan builds a long partnership of 115 runs off 142 deliveries. While on the other hand Babar Overtakes India’s wicketkeeper Batsman MS-Dhoni. Babar Smashed his 39th fifty against SENA countries while MS-Dhoni has a record of the highest 38 fifties.
